Mr LIANG is responsible for the investment and fund management activities of Link Real Estate Partners. He is an institutional real estate private equity professional with extensive experience in investments, fund management, asset management, and portfolio strategy.

He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust in New York, where he built the investment team, developed deal sourcing process, formulated investment strategies, and led significant transactions across key New York City assets. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust, where he managed a diverse real estate portfolio, overseeing investments across office, retail and multifamily sectors. Prior to this role, he served as Investment Associate at Aviva Investors where he managed several separate account and co-investment mandates into private real estate strategies across the Americas. Mr LIANG began his career at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of real estate funds in the Chinese Mainland and the United States. He has completed over $3 billion in acquisitions since joining the industry in 2009.

Mr LIANG holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is one of the responsible officers of Link for the purposes of the SFO.
