Based in Singapore, Mr YOONG is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities in Singapore. He brings extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management across multiple strategies and asset classes, having held roles with institutional and operating platforms including UBS Asset Management, Family Office, and Shangri-La Group. Prior to joining Link, Mr Yoong was Head of Investments, Singapore at AEW, where he led investment activities, drove asset enhancement and financing strategies across the Singapore portfolio. Mr Yoong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a second major in Finance from Singapore Management University.
